Terms of Service

By creating an account or using SEA Manufacturing Network ("the Service") you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

The Service is an online directory listing contract manufacturers in South-East Asia. We do not act as agent, broker or party to any commercial transaction between buyers and suppliers.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for the activity on your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or applicable law.

3. Supplier listings

Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of their listing, including capabilities, certifications, and uploaded media. You must hold the rights to any content you upload. We may remove or unpublish listings that we believe are misleading, infringing or unlawful.

4. Paid plans

Premium and Enterprise plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and is non-refundable.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape the directory, attempt to bypass rate limits, send spam, upload malware, or use the Service to harass any person.

6. No warranty; limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and limit our aggregate liability to the amounts paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
